La vivienda se sitúa en una parcela con pendiente Marcada con vistas al mar.-24 esto plantea la realización de un proyecto que se adapta a la topografía del terreno orientado a las vistas, buscando la luz del lugar mediante el uso de grandes ventanales.

La vivienda moderna conceptualmente se suaviza mediante el uso de materiales como la madera en el interior de la vivienda y la piedra en el exterior, confiriéndola de calided 

El muro que delimita la propiedad crea una movilidad geométrica combinando materiales y diferentes alturas que se adaptan a la pendiente del terreno.
