Ca Lluís es la fusión de lo antiguo con lo contemporáneo.

Proyecto donde Arquitectura e Interiorismo conviven con el pasado y el entorno para renovar la vida de una antigua finca de aperos de primera mitad del siglo XX en la huerta alicantina.

Aprovechando la buena orientación de la vivienda, las dos plantas de Ca Lluís se re-distribuyen con la finalidad de generar un espacio atemporal y útil, que se adapte a las diferentes necesidades de su propietario, respetando en todo momento la tradición y adaptando la arquitectura existente, a una nueva arquitectura de vanguardia que convive y ensalza la edificación encontrada.

This stage is about integration of architectural design with constructive design, collaborating with different specialists. Key Events: Final documents for construction

Manifesting
your Vision:

The focus in this stage is on bringing the client’s envisioned home to life, ensuring that the design is constructed to perfection while keeping the client informed and engaged throughout the process. Key Events: On site supervision

Welcome
home:

The final stage is about celebrating the finished project with the client, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere as the client moves into their dream home. Key Events: Probably some wine and tapas!
